Datadog ($DDOG) to acquire application security management platform Sqreen
Cloud monitoring platform Datadog has announced that it plans to acquire Sqreen, a software-as-a-service security platform. Datadog ($DDOG) is a cloud monitoring service listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange with a market cap of over $35 Billion USD.
